How do I create an account on PHERN?

Click here to register for an account with the Public Health and Equity Resource Navigator (PHERN). This account will allow you to save your favorite topics and resources. 

When registering, you'll be asked to provide your email and to create a password. Once that's complete, you'll be prompted to select the topics and sectors you are most interested in. These will be automatically saved to your favorites list for easy access.
